Pretty cool, isn’t it? Other improvements Remember, the new Favorites list is database-specific. This will make your Dashboard screen much cleaner to look at, and at the same time, won’t miss anything that’s assigned to you. Because the contact “Jack” is in your Favorites list. Now, whenever someone assigns a task to you (using the inline-link feature), it will show up on your Dashboard.Be sure to enable the Teamwork mode in Preferences.Add your contact profile to your Favorites list.Create a contact profile for yourself.Tasks & appointments that are linked to contacts in your Favorites listĪs you can see, the new Favorites list is playing a rather important role to tell Pagico about the stuff you want to keep track with.Tasks & appointments that belong to projects/contacts in your Favorites list.Once the Teamwork mode is activated, your dashboard will show only the following things: In v6.5, you can set the Dashboard screen to “Teamwork mode”, which is designed to only display things you’re interested in. This issue will soon become overwhelming and render the daily planning section heavily cluttered. If you sync data and collaborate with others via the Workspaces feature, then you’ll have one problem: everyone’s tasks and appointments will start to show up on your Dashboard screen, especially the Must-Do and Might-Do lists. But read on to the next section and you’ll see this Favorites list playing a more important role when comes to teamwork. Instead of releasing point updates such as 10.1, 10.2, and eventually holding significant features back for a major (paid) upgrade like v11, we switched to a perpetual update model where new features and improvements are implemented continuously over the months. Previously, if it’s in your Quick-Access, it’s in everyone’s Quick-Access. A lot has changed in Pagico 10 was initially released back in September of 2021. So, if you’re syncing your projects with Pagico across workspaces, you can add certain projects to your Favorites list without affecting your teammates’ databases. One of them, is that this Favorites list is database-specific. But there are quite a few rather important changes under the hood. Previously known as the Quick-Access list, the new Favorites is definitely not a stranger to anyone. Here’s what’s new in this version: Highlights Collections now have their own flowchart viewsĭo you have collections? If so, you’re going to love the dedicated flowchart views embedded right inside of each collection.
